    Jenacee Torri
    DRE 02060179 At WPM Jenacee is the Director of Operations. She wears multiple hats; including property accounting, property management, HR & day-to-day operations. Jenacee has over 12 years of accounting and management experience. Jenacee received her Bachelor's Degree at Sonoma State University, where she double majored in Women & Gender Studies and Sociology and later attended Sierra College in her home town of Truckee, for her Accounting Certificate. Jenacee loves spending time with her dog Athena, who you will regularly find at the WPM office.

    Jose Macias
    At WPM Jose is responsible for administrative tasks, as well as account payables, month end closing, and monthly property reports. Jose’s background includes three years in the U.S. Army where he served in the infantry and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jose also has over ten years of experience in the private security industry. Jose received his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Southwestern College in 2007. He later returned to Palomar College where he received his Associates Degree in Accounting. His future goals include passing the Real Estate Salesperson’s Exam in 2020.

Working face-to-face with local ownership and Association Boards gives us the advantage to create a unique property strategy.  With Property Managers and Accountants in the same office working side by side, the WPM team can be immediately responsive to our client’s needs. 

Each relationship is personal, and we are purely third-party property managers: we don’t own, develop, acquire, or lease our own properties so we aren’t distracted from our primary focus: “Only if our clients are successful, can we achieve success!”
